Andrew Phelps has 15 years of automotive repair and is also a ASE certified Master Technician. Along with ASE certifications Andrew Graduated from Weber State University with a 2 year Associate Degree in Automotive Technology and a 4 Year Bachelor Degree in Automotive Management.
